Virginia has been working as an illustrator for over 25 years in the Australian and English publishing markets. Publishers she has worked with include Cengage, Oxford & Cambridge University Press, Macmillan, Annick, Blake, Penguin, Tango UK, Garnet Education, Schubi (Switzerland), Michael O'Mara, and others. She has illustrated numerous history, nature, and storybooks for young readers through to teenagers, as well as some books for adults. Virginia also loves illustrating myths and legends and enjoys both a free, humorous style and more detailed, realistic renditions, depending on the brief and the feel of the book. She primarily works with inks and watercolour. Virginia has had over 65 books published.
